About Coach Jen

Jen Lim grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where she spent her hot summer days swimming at the pool and enjoying the waves on the beautiful southern coast. Being a water bug runs in the family so being in the water from sun up to sun down is what we did.

She still lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children. In 2010, Jen gave birth to her second son, Hayes. Hayes was born with a rare genetic syndrome, ATR-X syndrome. Although he is medically fragile, unable to walk, talk or self feed he is the happiest little boy around. 

After years of navigating the medical world and learning many different types of therapies, Jen decided she wanted to help more children. With a passion for swimming, an acute awareness for safety and a love for children, becoming a swim Coach seemed to be a calling. Coach Jen is excited to teach your children to love and respect the water, a critical life skill.
